We are a small, Delhi-based consultancy that helps proprietors, startups and growing businesses deal with registrations and routine compliance — without the jargon.

Who we are

Billwing Esolutions (OPC) Private Limited was incorporated on 11 February 2026 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, under CIN U62090DL2026OPC463392. We are registered under GST with GSTIN 07AAOCB4291M1Z3.

What we do

We help with GST registration and returns, Udyam (MSME) registration, incorporation of companies and LLPs, and monthly bookkeeping. Our work is to explain what applies to you, prepare documents carefully, and file applications on official government portals with your consent.

What we are not

We are not a government department, and we are not appointed, authorised or endorsed by any government authority. Every registration we help with can also be done by you directly on the official portal, and many of them carry no government fee at all. When you pay us, you are paying for our time, experience and support.

How we work

Every client gets one named consultant. We quote our professional fee and any government fee separately, in writing, before any payment. We never ask for your passwords over an unsecured channel, and we hand back all your documents and data when the engagement ends.
