Nature of service

Billwing Esolutions (OPC) Private Limited is a private consultancy. We provide advice, document preparation and filing assistance. We are not a government body and have no power to approve, reject or speed up any government application.

Fees

Our professional fee is quoted in writing before work begins and is shown separately from any government fee, tax or stamp duty. GST at 18% applies to our professional fee. Government fees are paid at actuals, either by you directly or through us with a receipt.

Your responsibilities

You must provide true, complete and current information and documents. We rely on what you provide; responsibility for its accuracy remains with you.

No guarantee of outcome

Approvals, timelines and queries are decided by the relevant authority. We will do our work carefully and on time, but we cannot guarantee any particular result.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
