Refund and cancellation policy

We want you to pay only for work that was actually done.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we begin preparing your application, we refund 100% of the professional fee.

After work starts

If you cancel after documents have been reviewed or prepared but before filing, we refund 50% of the professional fee.

After filing

Once an application has been submitted on a government portal, the professional fee is not refundable, as the work has been completed. Government fees, stamp duty and digital signature charges already paid to third parties cannot be refunded by us.

If we can't help

If we find that we cannot complete the service for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of the professional fee.

Email Billwingesolutions@gmail.com with your name and payment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
